To ensure that your insulation blowing machine has the longest possible life, maximum durability, and optimum performance, careful maintenance is required. By maintaining the machine properly, you will reduce the working time needed for the actual insulation blowing process, increasing your earnings.

For optimum maintenance, keep the machine clean and remove all fibers at regular intervals.

In addition, i.a. chains and ball bearings must be lubricated regularly.

Keep the machine clean. During operation, remove the fibers accumulating on the blowing filter. After use, remove fibers from the lock and also the hose by blowing air through it. Clean air from the insulation hose can be used to blow away fibers from the gear motor – and blowing filter area.
